Try IPC-6012. It references IPC-ET-652 for actual values, but has a 
caveat for continuity:

Continuity: "Specialized circuitry consisting of long runs of very narrow 
conductors, or short runs of very large conductors may increase or 
decrease these values. The acceptability criteria for these specialized 
conductors must be specified in the procurement documentation."
