Hello Tony,
Another source of dummy components is:
Soldering Technology International, Inc
102 Tribble Drive
Madison, Al 35758
Ph (205) 461-9191
Fax (205) 461-9566

I've dealt with the President, David Raby, when I bought dummy PBGA parts.
They seemed to be quite easy to deal with, and helpful. I'm not sure about
TSOP availability, but it's definitely worth the phone call.

Good Luck,
Hal Winslow

Having high quality dummy components with various internal connection =
patterns is very valuable for qualifying equipment, process, and =
products. I believe that we as an industry should facilitate the =
availability of such components.

I have a need for dummy 26 pin TSOP, 1.27 mm pitch. It is my =
understanding that Topline has a very long lead time, several months, =
for such components because there is such a worldwide demand for TSOP =
molding capacity. Is this true?

Is there someone out there who might be able to help Topline get access =
to molding capacity if this true?

Do Techneters know of any other supplier of dummy components which can =
supply fully shorted or daisy chained 26 pin TSOPs quickly?
