FR-4 is the flame retarded version of G-10. 
The properties may not be exactly the same
G 10 is hard to get. Nearly all epoxy laminate is FR4.
I've seen cases where the user wanted the flamibility of G-10
Better contact your customer and get the print changed, or get G-10 if you
can
