Cyanate ester with CIC

I am looking for a supplier that can furnish good quality boards made with
cyanate ester and containing two copper-Invar-copper planes that serve as
power and ground.
The boards must be able to qualify to IPC-RB-276 Class 3 which imposes a
horizontal microsection on any clearance holes in the CIC and no radial
cracks are allowed that decrease spacing between the hole barrel and the
planes.  The interconnections between the CIC layers and the hole barrel must
also be to RB-276 and pass 100 cycles between -65and +170C without
separation.
