Doug,
There is a step and repeat command in the RS-274-X format. The format is as
follows:
SRXnYnImJm*

SR- step and repeat command
Xn- the number of steps in X direction
Yn- the number of steps in Y direction
Im- the offset in inches (or mm) from one step to the other in X direction
Jm- the offset in inches (or mm) from one step to the other in Y direction

For example:
SRX2Y3I7.5J5.25*

Step and repeat 2 times in X and 3 in Y with an X offset of 7.5 inches and a
Y offset of 5.25 inches.

Let me know if you need for detailed documentation.

Subject: Fab: RS-274X with M03
Date: Tuesday, April 01, 1997 5:21PM

Hello,

I am looking for some info on a version of RS-274X that includes the
use of M03 commands for embedded step and repeat. Currently my CAM
system outputs only full data sets (no step commands). I am looking
for the correct usage of M03 command to repeat a data set at a new zero
point. I understand from other applications that this is possible.

Any one help?

Thanks
