There are a series of specifications from IPC dealing with High Speed
/ High Frequency design and materials. Check out IPC-D-316, IPC-D-317,
IPC-D-318 & IPC-2141. Feel free to email me directly if you need

I need a table of electrical characteristics of PCB's.
Specifically:
impedance of trace of differend widths and spacing from ground
planes
(assume common materials such as FR4)
propagation velocity as a function of trace width etc.
I would appreciate help pointing me at this information
