In the last eddition of Circuitree ( April 1997 , p.10 ) there is article
written by Bill Birch , president of PWB Interconnect Solution Inc ( Nepean
, Ontario ) about Interconnect Stress Test  ( IST) as a new testing method
for evaluation of MLB interconnections quality . 
1 ) Who is keeping such testing equipment available for testing of sample
boards ?
2 ) What is practical experience with this method ?
