Couple things to observe on the pinhole issue.
1. At 4.5 ft/min., wetting up through the barrel may not be happening
with a 190 topside board temperature.
2. Another possibility is if you have top side through hole
components that are setting flush to the board, the only place to
outgas is through the bottom side, hence, a pinhole or void. If this
is the case, you may want to use a slotted spacer on the top side of
the component. If this is the problem, the spacer will fix the
problem.
3. It could be the quality of the barrel itself and you are getting
outgassing from the board. EEEHHH,,, I am not sure about this one ,,,
there are some other things that come into play here, like A. barrel
quality, B. laminate construction, C. moisture in the board
(however you are baking, but this time of year maybe not baking long
enough).
