Good Day to all,
I'm looking for success stories from anyone that has picked/placed and
reflowed a heavy QFP304 (or similar size) with a built in heat sink. The part
that we've been trying to process is made by Xilinx, and weighs approx. 26
grams. It appears as though the part moves during any type of material
handling (conveyors, etc.). Has anyone experienced this same problem?
All advice and comments are appreciated. Thank you.
