Bob Vanech: Acceptance criteria for jumper wires is provided by IPC-A-610B.
As usual, any criteria you have on your assembly drawing takes precedence
over anything in the governing specifications and standards. Note that the
A-610 requirements for Class 1 and Class 2 equipment are pretty tolerant of
wire staking. Perhaps you just need to specify what you want on the drawings.
