We have been using a modified epoxy adhesive or an
ultra-violet light curable urethane adhesive (one for assembly,
the other for modifications/rework) on our pwb assemblies for
many years with excellent results. I don't know if these companies
are still around (I'am getting the info off of some old drawings),
but you can probably check the internet. Your best bet is to talk
to them about your requirements and maybe test a few of their products.
