  Tom..
         We use the SED (circle with 3 arrows pointing in) on our PWB
  Assemblies that contain Electrostatic Sensitive Devices (ESD). We 
  also include a note that references DOD-HDBK-263 for the protective
  handling or testing of these devices. Hope this helps.
