You have several options.

1.  If you have time for a technician to desolder pin at a time with a good 
vaccuum desoldering tool you could salvage the connector and maybe 
the board.

2.  If the board is more valuable than the connector. Remove the 
connector pin at a time without putting stress on the other pins. 
this means scraping the connector to preserve the board.
