There are a series of specifications from IPC dealing with High Speed
/ High Frequency design and materials. Check out IPC-D-316, IPC-D-317,
IPC-D-318 & IPC-2141. Feel free to email me directly if you need
     further assistance.

Subject: PCB for high frequency

Does anyone out there have information regarding how to select PCB
materials for high frequency (from a few hundred MHz to several GHz)
hibrid signals. The board has to be small and very densed in SMT or
COB. And which type of layout technique is the best choice. Thank you
for your info.
