Does anyone know why so many message I read in my
E-mail have symbols (such as '=') or numbers at the
end of every row of text.

I guess it has to do with the word-wrap capability
of the sender's mailer.

I use a Novell mailer and haven't figured out how
to get it to wrap automatically so I
have to hit the enter key at end of every line.  Is
that what puts those symbols and numbers there?
