Dear Mike,


there are so many replacements for HASL today that are in use. few examples
are organic coatings, electroless palladium, electroless nickel gold, ect
.... ect .... ect .... and the three which i have mentioned have been in use
for quite some time ..... try getting a copy of the proceedings of the last (
1997 ) IPC conference ..... tons of reading in there on HASL replacement.
