A Note of explanation:  Immersion plating is always self limiting, and
usually very thin, Electroless plating can, in theory, plate as thick as
wanted, and is typically much thicker than  electroless.  For the fabricator,
immersion plating baths are generally infinitely easier to deal with than
electroless plating baths.
