     Topline offers a flexible tape reel splicer that can be adjusted to 
     fit any size tape available.  I have used one in the past and was very

To whom it may concern:

    If anyone has ever heard, seen or used a tape and
reel splice tool for SMT parts, PLEASE contact me.
I have seen one and it is manufactured by Seimens
Corporation, but I would like to see what else is out
there before we make a decision. If anyone has any 
recommendations please contact me.
