Do you have any vias in the pads, or a short run from a trace to the
pad of the QFP? If you have a via in the pad or trace, you might mask
or plug that via before wave soldering.

Hello everyone,

I would like to know if anybody has ever encountered lifted lead after reflow
soldering.

The coplanarity of the QFP is OK, with no lifted lead. However, it only
happened after when the board is reflow, and it only happen on only
one part number.

Any idea of what is really going on.

Poh
