We are looking for help to improve PCBA defect photograph quality.
Currently, we use a stereo-microscope and an instant camera (Polaroid
MicroCam) to take pictures of PCBA defects, the pictures are then scanned
(HP ScanJet 4C) and Adobe Photoshop is used to edit the images. However, we
are not satisfied with the quality of either the pictures themselves or the
images.
Can anyone who make high-quality picturistic quality reports from time to
time tell me what are needed in order to improve our system or what experts
I can ask for help?
Thanks in advance,
Yuan Li
