Dear technetters,

On Friday I responded to a request for information regarding the application of SPC in printed circuit board manufacturing. I had offered a copy of a training manual which I specifically developed for practical and effective implementation of SPC in PCB manufacturing to the individual asking the question.

Much to my surprise I have since received numerous requests for this information. I was surprised to find so many people are still struggling with implementing an effective yet practical system.

Due to the number of requests I cannot send out that many copies of my training manual free. The costs would be to high for me. However, I will generate an outline of the system sharing some of the philosophy and procedures I have found to work in hope it will assist those of you who are interested. It will take me a couple of days. Unfortunately, my training text is not in memory.

If you are still interested in receiving a complete copy of my training manual, I will be happy to provide it but I will have to ask a small fee ($75.00)to cover the shipping and handling costs. Those of you still interested in obtaining a copy of my manual please contact me off line at [log in to unmask] I will need shipping information and I will invoice you through Graphic Electronics with the shipment. I apologize for the need to charge but there are costs involved when sending a lot of copies and I did develop the course to teach for a fee.

Thank You,

Ed Cosper
