Can anyone recommend a supplier (maybe themselves) who can provide a
component modification service?  I'm looking for someone who can un-reel
passive chips, take the part out, flux it, pre-heat it, solder dip the
terminations, clean it, put it back into a new reel, and re-reel it.  We
would prefer the job done with a robotic pick & place or other automated
type setup to minimize cost and add consistency.  

Annual Usage is about 140,000

Not a huge job, but interesting with some profit.
