J-STD-001B specifies the limits for ionic contamination. For an in-depth 
review of the subject, see IPC-9201 (SIR Handbook), which has a wealth on 
info on the subject.

Both are available from IPC's order dept. (ext. 348). J-STD-001B: $30 IPC 
members; $60 nonmembers. IPC-9201: $40 IPC members; $80 nonmembers.
