I believe you are not quite correct on the letters:

should be:

	PCB : Printed Circuit Board
	PCBA : Printed Circuit Board Assembly

Sometimes the PCBA is substitued for PWB which stands for Printed Wiring 
Board or Printed Wired Board - I not sure.  But not that often!
