There have been various requests on Technet for information on photo
defined blind vias and other microvia technolgoies.
This workshop is intended help build the infrastructure and awareness of
microvia technolgy. It is intended to educate both users and manufacturers
of PCB's with the following speakers.
Jan Vardamann - Techsearch Intl, Industry Perspective
Ron Bauer - Intel, Packaging Technology, Customer Perspective
Ivan Ho - Ciba Polymers, Microvia Technology alternatives
Steve Bird - PCA Design, 3 years experience designing with microvia
technology, outlining electrical and physical design benefits.
Art Wolfrum - Shipley, development of photoimageable dielectric
Brian McDermott -Continental Circuits Inc., Florida, practical PCB
manufacturing
perspective.
