I apologize for the inconvenience.  I did access the BIVAR homepage (via a Yahoo search on Monday 10 March 97) just before I sent out the e-mail.  I tried again (Tuesday 11 March 97) after receiving your mail and got a similar error message from my browser.  Just good timing on my part ;-)  However, I believe it's worth the phone/fax call to get a hard copy of their catalog.  Good luck.
