I good way to replace HASL is to plate electroless nickel and immersion
gold. You will get a good thickness uniformity and have a good solderable
surface for SMT components. The avantage of Ni/imm.gold compare to OSP
is that it allows you to do multiple reflows. We can offer you the
plating finish as a subcontractor.

I am looking for information on replacement options for the Hasl
machine. I have heard of an organic coating that replaces Tin/Lead as a
coating. Could anyone let me know about this? Does it work? Where do I
get in touch with the manufacturer?
