Hello Technetters,
For those of you out there using saponifiers to clean stencils/PCBs, how are
you treating your waste wash water? We're using a Zenon Environmental
bioreactor/ultrafiltration system to treat our water (Kyzen Aquanox 101
saponifier, Kester R244 solder paste) but we've had all kinds of problems
keeping the system stable. We're also facing a very costly ($ and space)
upgrade as more cleaners are coming in.
Does anyone know of a source of treatment systems that can handle this waste?
Any info, experiences, recommendations, etc. would be greatly appreciated.
