1. Generally speaking, 27.0 inch length is about the longest rigid PWB that
can be accomodated by the processing equipment in the typical PWB shop, and
that can be no "cake walk" (most shops prefer to cut it off at about 25.0
inches).

On the other hand, I have seen a flexible circuit PWB shop that was set up to
do 20 foot long circuits!
