We are interested in obtaining information on surface insulation
resistance testing of printed circuit boards.  We are implementing
testing methods to comply with the Bellcore standard (TR-NWT-000078).

We have Bellcore's information on how to conduct the tests; our
primary interest is SIR testing units.  I know of one unit capable of
testing multiple samples at periodic intervals (such as once every 10
minutes), however, this unit is quite expensive.  We would like to
locate other models that have fewer features and are perhaps less
expensive but haven't had much luck finding a vendor so far. Does
anyone know of any suppliers who offer this type of equipment?
