     Hello,
What methods are people using to measure line widths after etch on
innerlayers. The copper weight can be 0.5 to 1 oz. The trace width can
be 2 to 10 mils. The current method is too slow. An operator uses a
video inspection system. He manually puts the piece on the table,
lines it up and uses knobs to align reticules on a screen with the
     image.
Is anyone using things like electrical tests, controlled impedance,
TDR? What about laser edge detection systems? What kind of automation
     is available?
     Thanks
     Rich Olsen
