I would like to know how many PCB Fab Houses out there actually 
do the amount of Destructive Testing (Micro-Sectioning) 
referenced in Table 4-3 of the new IPC-6012 Document.  

If the Test Coupons referenced are not provided do they add them 
on their own accord?
