You are not alone in the frustrating application of SPC to PCB manufacturing. I have found that many of the most commonly accepted "rules" of SPC are very difficult to apply to our industry. Most people will end up with a multitude of ineffective charts that generally show processes statistically out of control. I have developed a course specifically designed for proper and effective SPC application in our industry. I have had the privilege to provide this course to several companies though out the US.
