   REFERENCE:  resin coated copper

    We have used both Polyclad and Allied Signal's RCC (resin coated
    copper) for laser drilling, and it is very successful. The
    thickness of the resin we used was 50um/50um Cstage/Bstage, and we
    ended up with minimum dielectric seperation of 80um between copper
    foil and the 1/2 oz track on layers 2 and n-1.
