Dear TechNet Participants,

The popularity of submitting technical questions and answers to TechNet 
has grown more quickly than our ability to upgrade hardware to 
accommodate the traffic.

PLEASE LIMIT YOUR SUBMISSIONS SEVERELY until we can get new hardware into 
place to support TechNet. The 60,000 e-mails IPC is trying to 
process daily are causing performance problems for our administrative
applications. We hope to have new hardware in place in 5-6 weeks.

Needless to say, you don't need to comment on my request to the entire 
forum. In fact, we need you to limit your comments to only those 
questions that cannot wait until we notify you of a successful hardware 
upgrade.

Your understanding and consideration will be greatly appreciated.
