For panels up to 42 inches OLEC has point source exposure equipment that
resolves fine lines and is less sensitive to vacuum contact. Larger machines
are usually flood systems.

If you would like more information please contact OLEC.

Subject: backplane exposure

What UV exposure equipment is used in making backplanes?
I've heard that there are huge versions of the double-sided upright
machines that we all use, but I don't know who makes 'em. What size
panels can they accommodate?

Thanks,
-Scott
