Hello.

Yesterday, 2/6/97, all IPC email forums were brought down; service went 
back on line by the end of that day. That was caused by an AOL mail server 
malfunction which brought down many other mail servers, including ours, 
by overflowing them with bounced messages. Mail lists are restored to 
their original configuration. If you are still having problems, please 
call me at 847-509-9700 ext.311.
