Waterbourn solder mask is not a real new technology. I know Coats/ASI has
had a waterbourn mask for years, and I beleave that Peters also has one also.
When I tested waterbourn mask, back about 3 years ago, it had viscosity
problems, but I'd think that the bugs should be worked out by now.
