I am certainly not opposed to job postings on TechNet that relate to this
industry. They can certainly be considered as part of the free flowing
dialogue of ideas, processes, concerns, that make up this forum.
Job posting on the TechNet should be considered differently than allowing or
promoting sales.
For those few who worry about the time it takes to deal with these postings,
It only takes my computer one, maybe two seconds to delete a subject I'm not
interested in.

I think that job postings are a reasonable subject for this forum. I am
however prejudiced, as I am looking for a position now. In any case, I do
think looking for help with this type of subject is as important as looking
for help with solder masks.
I respectfully suggest that the policy of NOT allowing postings concerning
employments be changed by the persons controlling TechNet. Further
suggest persons on this forum put in a vote one way or another.
