There are two manufacturers , that I am aware of that make OSP's.
Enthone makes Entek and Entek Plus, which is used on some products we
manufacture. Flux selection is something you may need to take care with
though. They have a web page www.enthone-omi.com.
Alphametals have system called AlphaLevel which is a molecular organic
layer on a silver deposit. We haven't had any experience with this one.
