How should the specification for visual cleanliness in the MIL-STD-2000A
be interpreted ? It mentions that no residues may be visible on the
assembled board, but it does not say anything about the magnification to
use. For some inspectors (and customers) this means that boards which
have residues on them that are only visible with 10 times magnification,
should be re-cleaned.
