 Good morning Techneters,

We have been finding defective PWBs from time to time. The defect
rate is not alarming all the time, however it seems like there is a
small number of defective PWBs are coming in (steadily) with various
defects, such as, open or high resistant via, open trace, poor
 solderability, etc.

My question to you is, "Is there some percentage that is typical for
escaping defects out of a fab house?" I know ideally it should be
 zero. What is your experience?

 Thanks in advance,
 Paresh Patel
