Dear Colleagues,

Due to a last minute change the wrong dates for RUSCON were transmitted in
my communication this day. 
The Correct dates for the Conference in St Petersburg are April 28-30 
Registration at the hotel will be on Sunday April 27 and Monday morning.

Please forgive the mistake and make corrections to the last notice.
