     To All;

     We're seeing an increased usage from our customers; copper areas added
     at the leading or trailing edge (not sure of wave direction) of
     components or connectors.

     Can someone enlighten me?

     Leading or trailing edge?

     Copper covered with soldermask or free of mask preferences?

     Purpose?

     Thanks in advance

     Regards
