 I have heard that DYCONEX LTD.,Zurich has such a research project.
 DYCONEX LTD has developed DYCOstrate-Technology which is a plasma drilling
 process. A direct metalization method through a plasma sputter is their
 next generation target,I think. If you are interesting in this technology,
 you had better contact the following person.
