The question of, "do we consider the aspect ratio to be from the plated
hole or the drilled hole?" I called my vendor, Holaday Circuits Inc. and
asked the question fully expecting the answer, "from the nominal plated
hole", to my surprise it was the opposite!  My sales engineer said that
they look at the aspect ratio to the drilled hole! Yeppieee! we have more
room!
