Mine may be an old question. It may even have a redundant, old,
answer. However, I feel that I must ask. Is there a way, or is it even
realistic to consider, to screen Hysol SR1010 "Wet" soldermask with less
than 0.010" annular ring? Now, I know that it can be done. We do it.
Yet, can PRODUCTION runs be considered?
Here are our specifics. One, we are told that our Magna-cure 70
capilary emulsion is the best choice. Two, we are using Saatilene
Hitech, 110.80, screen mesh. And third, a 70 durometer squeegee. (main
focus on auto-screening)
In an effort to keep this brief, I wont bore you with other issues.
However, I just can't seem to accept the fact that our industry isn't
screening less than 10mil annulars. Again, when we do, I don't want to
get into discussions about "screening paper". Or, if we do it be
hand...
