Fabrication of Printed Circuit Boards

I would like to know if there are any Board Shops out there that produce very large panels / boards. I have a board with the following details that I need to have manufactured:

Board Size : 48" x 21"
# of Layers : 18
Overall Thickness : 0.220"
Copper : 1oz.
Soldermask : LPI
Silkscreen : 1 side (white)
Finish : HASL

This is a backpanel if you have not already guessed. Can anyone tell me where I can have this board built?
