I am looking for information on matte-finish solder masks.  My company is 
going to a no clean process and the matte-finish will help control solder 
balls.  What measure is used to gauge the matte-finish and how does a 
company control and measure the quality of the matte-finish coming in?  Any 
information would be appreciated.
