     Just gotta vent.  I've been pre-approved for capital expenditures 
     (sitting on) for $11K since November '96.  One piece of equipment I've 
     been trying to buy is a 3D StereoScope (TS-4 or VS-7) from Vision 
     Engineering.  I asked them in November for a demo unit in house, we 
     seriously considered the purchase of their scope.  The local rep. never 
     calls on these dollars, Vision Engineering called once.  Again, I'm 
     willing to spend 5-7K for their equipment and couldn't even get lucky 
     to get a lunch out of it.  I couldn't give the money to either company, 
     because neither one would ever call to claim it.  
     
     Is Vision Engineering doing that well to where my dollars no longer 
     count or are their reps not being monitered close enough?
     
     Is there another Vision rep out there willing to do lunch for the 
     above monies?  Or better yet, who has comparable scopes that would be 
     willing to do business with us?  My boss is down my throat for broken 
     promises from both parties.  Just wait for the other guys in Telecom 
     Corridor hear this, while at lunch.
